What are our office hours?

Our office is primarily virtual. Paperless. We generally are working and available to answer questions from 10 am to 6 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Thursday, and 10 am to 4 pm Friday. Closed for most holidays. Sometimes we get so immersed in our work and we might send an email at an odd hour. If you have a question, please leave a voicemail or send an email and we will get back to you typically by the next business day.

What is the best way to contact us?

Email is generally the best method for corresponding with us. This avoids that not-so-fun game of phone-tag. But if you have a time-sensitive concern or issue, please call the office.

How should we send statements and other important or confidential documents?

We use secure sharing and storage options on the cloud such as Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive.

How do we pay invoices?

Our payment terms are Net 15 days from date of invoice. Invoices can be paid by cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo.

What if we need additional services beyond our regular ongoing service plan?

To assure your chosen service plan remains responsive to your needs, we may agree to revise or adjust the scope of services provided and the pricing in response to the demands of your business.

If additional work outside the scope of work is necessary or desired, the work will be subject to an additional price, payment term, and scope that shall be agreed upon before the service is performed. A Change Order will be issued to document this understanding.
